Receive Auto Orders in Traede

Make sure your resellers replenish the right articles at the right time. Receive auto replenishment orders from your resellers directly into your Traede.

In this guide you learn how to configure Traede to be able to receive automatic replenishment orders from Weavo.

Configure Order channel

  1. In Traede, goto Settings > Order Channels
    ​You should already have an order channel here called Weavo if you have completed the step 7. in "Share data from Traede".
    ​

  2. Locate the PublicID and send this to Weavo.
    ​

  3. Set Customer mode: All

  4. Order type: Request (similar as a web order compared to import which doesnt take into account your inventory and presumes you can deliver all skus)

  5. Allow creating B2B Orders

  6. Set specific Drop mode and select the Default drop if you have one.
    Else keep this open but inform Weavo about it to ensure the drop is passed together with the order creation from Weavo.

Create API Key

  1. Goto https://app.traede.com/settings/api-keys

  2. Create an api key.
    ​

  3. Share this with weavo.
